AI Workflows & Automation

AI Workflows & Automation

Removing operational bottlenecks for service businesses, agencies, and founder led teams.

The focus is measurable operational relief, not AI experiments. Outcomes include reduced admin, faster responses, and fewer missed opportunities.

Every project follows one path: prove value on one workflow, build the system, then take ownership of ongoing operations.

Tier 1: Operational AI Sprint

One focused workflow, two to four weeks, proof of value in your real world.

From £1.5k

Tier 2: Automation System Build

Multiple connected workflows, production ready infrastructure.

4–8 week build

Tier 3: AI Operations Partner

Ongoing monitoring, optimisation, and ownership of your automation layer.

Monthly partnership

Product case study

ArbitraXAn AI driven arbitrage engine that coordinates strategies, exchanges and smart contracts behind a simple dashboard.

I created ArbitraX as a founder project. My work covered the product direction, the visual and interaction design, and the system architecture behind the engine. The goal was to turn complex multi exchange arbitrage into something traders can understand and trust at a glance.

Under the surface ArbitraX connects to multiple exchanges, runs several strategies in parallel and uses an AI layer to decide what to execute. On the surface it behaves like a calm portfolio tool with clear balances, alerts and controls. From there we patterned the software into a reusable engine and structured it as a B2B product with licenses that plug into existing trading teams and infrastructure.

Website case study

TMS CreationsTurning a veteran owned workshop into a clean, modern ecommerce brand.

TMS Creations is a veteran run workshop building custom pens, hard wearing apparel and man bar gear that is designed to be used, not just collected. The brief was to build a site that felt as considered as the products, without losing the feel of the bench and tools behind it.

I designed and built a custom storefront with Shopify API integration that focuses on the essentials: bold product photography, simple navigation and a checkout flow that works on a phone in seconds. The typography and colour system are deliberately stripped back so the products and brand story stay in front.

My role

UX and visual design, front end build, Shopify integration and content structure.

Focus

Make it easy for customers to understand the range, choose a product and buy on mobile without friction.

Result

A site that feels like an extension of the workshop, with a clean storefront ready for campaigns and new drops.
